Product choice and ordering
Log on if your are a registered customer
Open panel Log on (in the right column) so that you click on legend Log on. Log on form will be displayed Log on and Password. if you know your log on information enter it into appropriate fields and click the button Logging on (or press ENTER).
You can log on anytime before placing an order.
Choose a product
A starting page shows products on sale, products recommended by us, and most sold products.
On panel Assortment click on a product category that interests you. You will see a summary of all products in given category.
By clicking on a name or preview (photo) of a product you will display the product details.
Choose product parameters
You can choose product parameters of the product you want to enter into a basket on the product detail page. To choose parameters use a form part Product parameters.
For easier orientation, which parts of a product are modifiable, use Order sample, where, in a product drawing, are all modifiable product parts lucidly displayed, including descriptions and abbreviations.
To choose a color and material of a given product part, click on a menu at a given product part and choose. Together with the choice a picture with a color and material sample changes.
You can also click on a picture with a color and material sample. A new window with a complete summary of all available colors and materials for a given product part opens. By clicking on a chosen color the window closes and the given color and material is chosen.
Insert product into basket
A product can be inserted into a basket by two ways:
- In product summary simply by clicking a basket icon next to the chosen product. In this case it is not possible to set product parameters.
A product with a standard color and material combination and of standard size (model) is entered into the basket in the amount of one. - In a product detail by choosing amount of products and clicking a button Add into basket (or press ENTER) in form section Adding to basket.
In this case a product with a color and material combination chosen by you (specified in form section) is entered into a basket Product parameters).
After you entered the product into the basket you will see contents of your shopping basket — summary of products in the basket, including chosen parameters.
Of course, you can continue shopping or place an order.
Product can be taken out of a basket by clicking on a basket icon with red minus sign in a shopping basket window. If you click on the icon on a line of a given product, you will take out only this product. If you click on the icon on a product total price line, you will take out all the products (your shopping basket will become empty).

Choose an order delivery type
Currently we offer two modes of the product delivery:
- Cash on delivery
The order is sent as a business package by Czech Post s.p., the delivery is guaranteed on the next day from shipment submission, it is possible to follow the shipment, in case that the addressee is not reached the shipment is deposited at the nearest post office.…, for more see Information for a Business package service at Czech Post, s.p. web pages.
Delivery charges within the Czech Republic are 180.00 CZK , in case of order above 5 000.00 CZK (incl. VAT) there is no charge. - Personal pick-up
The personal pick-up of ordered products is possible on the company premises, see Contact information.
In case of the personal pick-up, there are no transport charges.
A standard order delivery period is 10 days since order placement. This period does not include time to deliver to a customer through third parties (delivery companies).

Send an order
You can attach a comment, special requests etc. to your order. For this you have a field Remark with the order.
If you are logged on by clicking on Send order In a shopping basket window you can send an order for processing.
If you are not logged on by clicking on Continue → Entering of contact data In a shopping basket window you will be redirected to a page, where you can enter your contact information.
If you are not a logged on customer, fill in your contact information
If you are not logged on, you need to enter your contact information into a displayed form before sending an order. By clicking on a button Pokračovat → Uložit objednávku you will send an order for processing.
After sending order
Order confirmation
After you send an order for processing, we will send you a confirmation of the placed order to your email address (that you have entered at registration or when entering contact information for the order). This confirmations contains all the proprieties of your order: identification, date and time of placement, delivery address, ordered items, including prices and parameters, total charge with and without VAT, VAT amount, transportation mode, and, of course, our contact information.
As soon as the order is accepted by our system, a 10 day period to execute your order starts to run.
Order summary and their status
You can, of course, follow a status of your just placed or past orders. For this you have to be logged on.
After log on you will see a panel with Log on link Order summary together with a number of your executed orders (in parentheses). Click on it.
You will see a window with a summary of your orders, where you can follow their status.
When you click on an identification of your order you will see order details with items (goods), including their delivered and non-delivered amounts.
Registration and log on
Registration
By registration you are not obligated to anything, on the contrary, it will bring you advantages in an access to your already executed orders, and when ordering, you will not have to enter your contact data again, you will only log on.
The registration is done as follows: Open a menu Registration (located in the right column) by clicking on a legend Registration. You will see a link Register, click on it. You will get a page with a registration form.
Choose a form type. When registering as a company, we will ask also for business data.
Fill in your contact data a send a form by pressing a button Registration.
After the form is sent, you will get an information e-mail (to the address you have entered when registering) with newly generated random log on data that you can, of course, change anytime after logging on.
Log on if your are a registered customer
Open panel Log on (in the right column) so that you click on legend Log on. Log on form will be displayed Log on and Password. if you know your log on information enter it into appropriate fields and click the button Logging on (or press ENTER).
Change of log on data
You have to log on before you can change the log on data.
On a panel Log on click on a link that is the same as your name.
A window with a form will open Logging data, where you see your current log on name pre-filled – Log on. If you want to change it, overwrite your pre-filled user name by a new one, write in a password and click on a button Change data. If you want at the same time change your password, fill in also these fields New password and Password confirmation.
after this change you will get an information e-mail about this performed change. If you are changing a password, remember it well, since for security reasons it shall not be sent by e-mail!
Change of contact information
Before you change your contact information you have to log on.
On a panel Log on click on a link that is the same as your name.
A window with a form will open Logging data. Click on a link You can change your contact info as well.. A window with a form will open, where you see your current contact data pre-filled.
Change your contact information and click on a button Change data. This will change your contact information.
Did you forget your password?
In case that you have forgotten your log on password open a panel Log on (located in the right column). Click on a link Did you forget your password? A window with a form will open Send the password to your e-mail.
into the field Log on enter your current user name a click on a button ZAPHES_ODESLAT. Your newly generated log on password will then be sent to your e-mail, that you have entered at registration.
